Shipping and Returns Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms of Use.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Returns Policy prior to making a purchase. By placing an order through our site, you agree to the terms and conditions.

Shipping

Orders received by Sunday 10pm EST are processed and shipped out that Monday. (Please note that if the post office is closed on a Monday, orders will be shipped out Tuesday of that week. Check out the USPS holiday schedule for more details.)

We ship domestic and international packages through USPS. Priority mail is the most popular choice and usually takes 1-3 business days. Due to its perishable nature, we highly encourage you to choose Express shipping for all orders with fresh henna.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping only for non-perishable items in our store.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. We are unable to refund any shipping charges for orders returned to us for returned orders if customer refuses to pay import fees.

Please remember: All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Postal theft is considered a federal crime and must be reported to your local post office. Postal fraud is also a major concern. Therefore, customers are required to file a missing package claim with local post office before we will consider refunding or re-shipping an order.

Returns
If there are any issues with your order (damaged, defective, wrong items received), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will make it right!

We offer a 21 day return policy for any non-perishable items. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item(s) under the following terms:

  • You must fill out the Return Form below

  • Item(s) being returned must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.

  • You are responsible for any and all return shipping fees, unless the return was due to our error.

  • You must send us an email with a tracking number for the returned item(s).

  • There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items.

Please note: Fresh henna, henna powder and essential oils are all perishable items and non-refundable.
